Strange events do occur, yesterday I had an idea for another project which required an empty fire extinguisher. I know a guy on the Lawrencetown Road who re-fills fire extinguishers. Went to visit John and inquire about the old unused extinguisher. Went to the wrong door in this strip type mini mall. Met another person who rented the unit next door, and does mechanical work. The rest is history, Darren had an old /43 Case tractor that was parked out by the road waiting for repairs. Decided that I should have that , so now am the owner, looks pretty rough up close, looks sort of nice off in the distance. Cheers, Murray

Cool. Have you got it home yet? Maybe more importantly, does Carol know? ;) That's quite the collection you've got going there. I'll have to have a look at it when I come in next. tractorsam

Hi Sam, This tractor is quite heavy, make a great "puller" if a person was into pulling tractors. Looks sort of nice a long way's off.Pretty rough looking up close. It sat in a barn for about 10 years out on Lake Major Road. It is an Industrial Model. I was told it was used at one of the shipyards either Halifax or Dartmouth. cheers, Murray

Murray: Variety is the spice of life. What's that make it; Farmalls, Fords Fergies and now Case, you still should have an MT Deere.
