Check on Ebay. They have them listed all the time. New and Used at a good price. Here is a set of used on Ebay (Item number: 170198682949). Here is a New (Item number: 310030084195).

I just bought 2 front rims for a 140 from Miller Tire and they are excellent.

7"x24" with loops are readily available. How many do you want?

What size tires are you going to use as an 8IN rim is way too large for a CUB. I would think you would want a 7in. You cannot buy the original type rims with the loops. The new ones have a different type. If you are not wanting to keep the CUB original no problem with the new ones on the market. What size is on the front?
