Have a 50 M Farmall that was white at one time, under the red is white, the whole tractor. Dont see any red under the white. Tractor came from AR years ago, needs lots to fix it up, wondering if it could be correct. Was going to restore it for the 08 red power show in MO if it is correct, if not going to scrap it. Please need any info possible, reply or email, thanks Mike

No white M's built, don't scrap it, fix it, paint it red and take it to the RED power show.

Andy.

If you ordered enough tractors from IH, they would paint them anyway you wanted them.

Also, dealers were known for painting some white to go along with the other demonstrator programs.

The only white demonstrator Ms that were ever made are the 1/8 scale models built by the Ertl company.

No M's were white from the factory unless a special order for a customer.
Some dealers painted them white to go along with the white C promotion at the time.

No "M"s were made into demonstrators.
Only Cub, SuperA, and C

White "M" Farmall demonstrators, UFO's, Super HTA's, "Big-foot", mermaids, flying saucers crashing in New Mexico, Elvis recently seen working as a short-order cook in a Milwaukee grill and the Loch Ness Monster..... take your choice. Who knows?

It is quite possible that it was painted white at the factory because of a special customer order, but the Ms were not a part of the demonstrator program.
