Hi All, How hard is it to rebuild the actuator ( check valves)? I have one valve that leaks bad and I want to repair it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Not to difficult. Clean is the name of the game.Just lable what came out of where.Save you old boots.Hot tank or have access to a good parts washer to get that block clean and all residue out.
I just did mine on a 140(basically the same block)
Havind the IH Blue Ribbon service manual is helpful-GSS-1024 or 1027(I cant remember)I got my manual thru Binder Books-10 or 11.00-worth it

Hi. If you're talking about the hydraulic touch-control, there's been a bunch of threads over the last week or two, including lots of pictures. Check them out, see if they answer your questions, and we can go from there. My block is going to the machinist this morning for the hot-tank, so I haven't gotten to putting 'er back together. It's been an adventure taking it apart.

If you're talking about something else, well then, never mind. LOL
