There is a little plate that blocks access to the rear main bearing bolts. Does anyone know how this comes out before I pry too hard on it? I"m worried that it may bolt from the flywheel side and the tractor would have to be broken to do this and to change the rear seal. Also, if anyone has the manual I need all the torque specs and if to know there is a sequence for tightening the head bolts. Thanks

Does this illustration come up for you?

The little bottom plate that's in your way is bolted to the rear oil seal retainer, with bolts entering from the rear.

Yeah, that helps a lot. It looks like to me you can't change the rear main without breaking the tractor. Thanks for the fast reply and help.
