The left brake works fine but the right brake seems to grab. It is either all or nothing. Any ideas?

Well you have to take it apart, chances are you are not going to believe how much dirt and brake lining grindings , are in there, I wear a mask and rubber gloves,, clean and or repair,, and get a new boot, to keep dirt from getting up in there if u can find one, !!!

Take the 5 bolts out of the brake housing & remove it & inspect the parts to see what the problem is. Take the 3 springs off of the actuating plates to clean & inspect them also. Also, take the actuating bolt out of the front of the brake unit before removing,

Sounds like the brake disc is catching in a groove in the brake shaft, sometimes you can get by with smoothing it with a file, sometimes takes a new brake shaft.
