Does anyone know what size pulley (diameter & hole ID) is used on the generator and where to get a generator and pulley?

The H and M generators are the same size as the SA's but the pulleys are different. Sometime between the SA and the 130 production the part of the shaft where the pulley goes was shortened and the pulley was changed to match. Keep pulley and gen together and SA thru 6volt 140"s will fit.

Leonard: I'm not exactly sure when but my 140 6 volt generator and pulley setup is quite different. My 140 has automotive type water pump on fan hub and a one belt system for crank, generator and fan-water pump. I believe that change occured in 1958.

My SA and 130 both had generators years ago and were identical. The reason I know, I changed both tractors to alternator and first looked at modifying those pullies to use on alternator. I'm certain the pullies were the same, as I had both of them at a machine shop, looking at the possibility of shortening the hub, so it would work on the alternator shaft. That was never done, switched to double V GM pulley. At one point I also had 130 generator on SA complete with 130 pulley. My 130 is within 800 of end of production.

Ed: Just about any tractor salvage yard in North America should have that. I know all pre 1958 tractors with C-113 or C123 engine will use same generator and pulley. I expect the H and M size tractors are the same size as well.
