Mike, The brace you needed for the drawbar is more welded up on my parts tractor than the one you have.

Got to looking for the generator bracket and couldn't find it, then looked where the starter would be and there was a cover plate bolted on. This ole H had no lights, starter, hence no generator.

sorry I couldn't help you. Keep asking though.

Gene

Yup, sure is. I'll double check the generator bracket. I think what I have is shop made. I know the bolts aren't original, which is what caught my attention. And I'll be changing the generator to a 12v eventually, so I figured I might as well get the whole bracket correct.

The drawbar... square, I guess you call it... is "bent" up on the left side as you look at it. When I did a closer inspection I found out that the left diagnal support bar had been welded. So my guess is that it was welded a little shot, and it pulling that side of the drawbar square up a little too much.
I know I'm picky. I own one tractor, so I want it as perfect as I can get it, and afford.

Thanks for looking. How did you know I was on watch tonight and couldn't check my e-mail?
I'll be heading to the salvage yard real soon to pick up Andy in OH up his SH stage II grill and my front pedestal. I'll be looking for a smatering of other parts as well. Mainly a cut-off switch so I can start re-wiring.
I'll keep you posted.
