I have a non-working Farmall Super C with fasthitch and several implements that fit that tractor (moldboard plow, disc plow, cultivator). I also have a Farmall 350 with FastHitch and have been told that with the right shims I can use Super C implements with the larger fasthitch of the 300+. Does anyone know where I can buy such shims? I have seen a couple of auctions on e-bay where people were willing "to also sell the shims to the winning bidder" but never seen them on their own. Does anyone know a source or the proper dimensions of these shims so I can have someone fabricate a few?

you can make your own like stated below. the factory spacers had a 1 1/2"? long x 3/16 or 1/4" roll pin crossways of the spacer, about 1/2" from the end. this roll pin hit the sides of the tractor socket and kept the spacer from sliding into the socket too far when you back up to the implement. in the day, we used the same shims for several implements, so didn't weld them fast. we had a super c with several implements that we used on a pair of 300s.

all you need is some 1/2" x 1" flat iron to put on the under side of the fast hitch prongs . i tack welded mine on and ground the tips to a point to match the prongs . each piece is about 14" long to reach from the stop to the point. the shims are actually spacers to increase the width of the prongs from 2 1/2 " to 3 " i think the factory ones cliped on .
