In my opinion, the Autolite 3116's are best. I used to use Champion D21's and did not think they were bad plugs, but when I switched to Autolite, my tractor runs better than it ever has. Autolite 3116 is a non-resistor plug.

We use Champ D18Y's in our '77 cub. Replaced the coil with a flame thrower bought on this site (~$40) and increased the plug gap from 0.023" to 0.045".

Cant go wrong with Champ. D 21 or auto lite 388's I use the Camp. D21 in my Cub acturall though Super H and never had a issue. Gap is correct around .25 is good.
