The individual that posted the picture was on Tractor Talk this morn.
It is a neat looking unit. I've seen Fords with this setup and a Fordson Power Major...

Yes, it grips pretty good! I also use it to scoot logs out of the woods. "Ole Trusty" can handle 3 or 4 16' logs on the scoot and still pull it thru deep snow. The H doesn't have the power of my M of course, but it also doesn't have loaded tires and weights so it rides on the snow instead of pushing thru it. Matter of fact the snow helps with traction.
