What should I be getting for compression on a healthy C engine?

Then you're good to go as far as compression goes.

Assuming that the throttle was open, and the starter was spinning the engine with all spark plugs out for the tests, A dual fuel C will be between 90 and 110 psi
a gasoline only will be more than 120 to 145.
Putting a tablespoon or so of oil should raise it less than 5#. if more it may need rings. 10% variation is more than expected, and low cylinders may have compression leaks. Gasket/valve/piston rings/piston. Good luck, keep us informed, JimN

thanks, I'm 110 to 120 psi on all cylinders. Oil didn't seem to make any difference in compression readings.

It is in the ball park.
Higher compression is not needed. though it would make more power on todays gasoline, it is powerful enough to spin the wheels anyway. These are traction limited tractors. Good luck, and keep us informed on what you do with it. JimN
