Just going through some parts I have in the other shop and found this head 8060DC. Is this off a Super M and is this a good head to use for pulling M or 450 Farmall? Found a head off a 300 175 engine and a head off 282 Diesel in there also. I think I need to hold a sale here!~ Migraine

The 8060 head is just a standard head " nothing special " about it . The high compression heads are the 400 and 450 with the LP versions having the smallest combustion chambers .

Alot of the 8060 heads crack threw the valve seat .

Those 8060 heads with the DC suffix started being used on very late gasoline M tractors and on SM, SMTA and super W series gasoline tractors. You should have no problem selling if not cracked. Some pullers want the later 400 and 450 gasoline and LP heads over your head though.

The 8060 is the high compression gasoline head for a Farmall M.
