Votage regulator on Cub??

Have a 1948 Cub 6 volt with a voltage regulator that has one connection on one side and only 2 on the other. It is a mag system now. Is this the correct regulator for this model or has it been messed with? All wiring was off the tractor when I got it. All my other Farmalls have 3 post on that side. Could use a good diagram for getting the wiring back on. Also a diagram for swithcing this over to a distributor system if anyone has one. Thanks

My guess is it's a cut-out, instead of a regulator. Do you have a four position light switch? If so it was originally a cut-out.
