The guy also has a complete cultivator for it and a buzz saw. He wants me to fix the tractor but he doesn't want to keep the cultivator or buzz saw so if I trade him some of my work for them about what are they worth. I know this isn't much to go on but at this time its also all I know about about them.
Thanks

Complete implements for Bs are kind of rare. Put that cultivator up on ebay and it ought to bring a few hundred at least. Should do well enough that the fees won't hurt too much.

If you are fixing the tractor, and he gets it back and you are in need of compensation for the repair, and transport if you did, then there are two questions to ask. The first is what is the real value to you of the Saw (just a it better than an ax if it is in operational condition and sharp and fits some unit you have already) and cultivator. Do you need them? if not and you would need to go get them, they are worth .8 times their scrap value. Though you are operational, lifting and toting seems contraindicated to the survival of your spinal column. If it were me I would want a few bucks for Frostx heat tape in the well house. Just an opinion, Jim

The buzz saw I might want to rig up but ya the cultivator would be something I would just sell. But then on the other hand I have parts and pieces of 2 buzz saws now and have never gotten around to fixing it so either one is pretty much of little valve to me. But I also don't want to see them cut up for scrap so its a catch 22 sort of thing

I would be interested in the cultivators, Rich. Now that I have the B running good I am looking to put it to work in the garden. Give me a holler. Will take the saw too iffin you don't want it.

It will be a case of seeing how things go. You know your a good number of miles from me and I know UPS will not ship something like those. But ya if I do get them I'll probably just sell both. I did drive that B today by the way. If seems to have govanor problem but oh well just a little bit more to work on

Nice thing about cultivators, they come apart in small pieces! I once brought home a complete 6 foot wide three point cultivator in the trunk of an olds cutlass. It was a great deal but too far to go back for so I disassembled the whole darn thing and brought it home in pieces. We could probably get that here if you was willin.

As i said we will just have to see how things go. At this time I don't know about it other then he sounds like he want those to help off set the cost of repairs on his tractor
