I cannot get my fittings to couple togetner on my loader to the tilt side of my 560 tractor. Everything seems loose no rust no moisture, all free moving parts. Does anybody have this problem or what can I do to get them back together so I can use my loader? I am lost.

We had a 656 that had that problem some of the time. We would shut off the tractor and bleed the line from the tractor with a screw driver. Just push the center of the coupling in. BUT hold rag over it or you might get a bath.

Make sure there is no pressure against the fitting or you'll fight 'em until the sun goes down.

Please provide more details on the exact nature of your problem. With what little you have said so far, it could be any of 100 different problems.

Was this loader installed on the tractor before? If so, you probably didn't relieve the hydraulic pressure before you unhooked the hoses. The lines will not hook up under pressure.
Try resting the bucket on the ground to relieve the pressure.

You can try jacking up the bucket by the lip, or lifting the loader and setting a large block under the bucket's lip to relieve the pressure.
As a last resort, you can loosen the coupler and relieve the pressure, but be warned that hydraulic oil can spray out at very high pressure. Wear eye protection.

New loader? You probably have the wrong couplers. There are several different types out there.
