has anyone seen anything like this:

third party image

This is my mom, uncle and cousin in an old wagon at their grandfather's place. The photo was takes in 1949. The story goes that the Farmall logo was painted on the side of the wagon, like the logo on the Radio Flyer wagons. Maybe it was like the factory water-transfer decal, but not sure. She says it was not a sticker. She assumes he would not have gone out and bought a wagon like this, so it may have come with his Farmall Regular, which was bought new around 1924-1926. The search for this tractor has not resulted anything yet, but does continue.

My questions are, was this something the IHC dealers had, and would it have been given out with new tractors, especially if the line had just been introduced. Also, what would the value be today?

Thanks.

Yes, my cousin had one(he was born in 1921) In 1935 or 6 It was hanging on a nail threw the tongue, high up in their machine shed. My cousin has since passed away around 1985. Farm was sold a few years later. I'm sure it too was sold at the auction, or before????. When I saw it , it was still bright red. I asked my uncle about it. He said that belonged to my cousin and he didn't want anyone playing with it. My cousin had two boys, so I would imagine they had played with it or possibly one of them still has it. It will take a while but I can ask them sometime. Lee
