Hi,

I was just wondering if $100 is too much for a parts tractor? In this case I would only be getting the back half of the tractor plus the clutch housing.

Thanks!

scrap is going for 140$ a ton in southeast IA....if its anywhere close to that where you are, you can't loose money even if you don't part it out.

Heck, even if you part it out, you'll still make a profit on the chassis in steel alone!

It is worth its weight in scrap. 100 bucks is a good deal.

Like Rusty said, If it has the gears, axles, shafts and all it is a bargain. Just one of those parts used will cost more than that.

Are all of the gears still inside the trans/differential case? If so, $100 would be a steal.
