Or anyone.I answered you and did several tests on that 806.

The first time I put a load on it and pulled the stick back it did stop, but since then I've did it six more times and it just keeps on pulling. Does this still mean the torque is bad or is it just that valve body?

Thanks, Jim

The TA is going bad and you may also have hydraulic problems. The low side of the TA should never allow the transmission to stop. The high side clutch is hydraulically engaged, the low side is a mechanical sprague clutch with hydraulic assist to keep the tractor from free-wheeling when going down hill in low TA. As the sprague wears it gets to the point where it can start to slip. The hydraulic assist on that clutch will help hold things in place so that at first it slips sometimes but still pulls a load most of the time. As the wear continues the frequency of the slipping will increase until it gets to the point where it will not longer pull a load in low TA.
