Hydraulic leak

I have a Farmall 460 that has a hydraulic leak from one of the steel pipes under the seat. How does one get these pipes diconnected from under the dash so they can be brazed? Does not look like there is enough room to even get a wrench in there. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Just remove the cover over the back of the valves and the panel above it that is held on with 4 screws. There is not a lot of room but the bolts can be removed and the line will easily come out. You will of course have to remove the seat first. Have replaced many rusted lines this way in shop & field.
