I am having trouble with figuring this on out. A friend of my has a lo boy. You can put it in gear and it will not move. In september he had it in a shop for about the same problem. They replaced a shear bolt? I'm not sure where this shear bolt is located. Any help would be great.

If the shear bolt has broken multiple times in a short period of time, I would take a long hard look at the tractor, or how you operate it. There may be something else going bad that's binding up and causing the shear bolt to break. You may also be trying to do more than the tractor was designed to do... A Cub LoBoy is meant to mow grass, push loose dirt, or pull small carts.

If it is a 154 loboy. The clutch assy is on the trans in put shaft. Pull the cover off that is below the shifter. you will see the clutch asst. the pin is between the assy and the trans. you will have to look with your fingers.
