Would many people find this interesting if I brought it to the show? Almost hidden under the grader is an International I-12 tractor-engine,transmission, final drives,etc-complete enough that it has a factory IH serial #Plate attached to the Adams 20 grader. Would this even be considered enough of an IH to enter? It is an older restoration, but still cleans up pretty good. I posted a picture before, but can't remember if it was here or on the tractor talk forum.

Heck Yeah I'd take it there.

A fellow nearby me has an I-12 powered Road Patrol Jr. just like that one, but all hydraulic and with a cab. A great piece. His is unrestored and still used to keep his ranch roads.

I'm planning on going the 800 miles to RPRU this coming year with my 1947 International I-4 steel wheeled Ingram road roller conversion.

I've been working on it for about a year now and should have it running again soon.

I find the adapted/converted stuff the most fascinating.

I would vote to bring it for a number of reasons. I wonder how with all that iron and the size of the blade how the I-12 could power that thing at anything over a slow crawl speed.

Yes, things like that add interest to the show. And I want to remind you to go to their site and preregister. It will save you a lot of time when you get there and it helps them to better prepare for theshow.

The unusual is what makes the shows interesting. Also the after-market and factory upgrades made the tractors or implements more usful and/or better able to do their jobs. After a while fancy paint jobs and/or "correct" tractors and implements become ho-hum and I am looking for something different. By all means take it to the show!! Armand

I say Absolutely. Seen a few graders there. That one looks great, and never seen one like that off an I 12.
