What were the original spark plugs and wires for the F-20? Are they still available or are their any good repos? I see a lot of them that have the open end terminals on the plugs.

I had 2 10-20s with original wires. They are black rubber soild core wires with brass loops on the spark plug end. I never saw any writing on them, but they could have when new, hard to say on that. The original sparkplugs used flat knurled nuts to hold the wire on. The nuts were originally nickel plated but most you"ll find have worn down to brass.

I should add the ones I mentioned above may be right for Regulars and not so much for F-20s. I think my f12 has original wires on it and they are cloth covered and have 90 deg elbows on the end with no insulation on the metal ends.

I believe that the original spark plug was a Champion W-20. However, I have had much better results with Autolite 3077. They look a little different but work well! They are available on line from Advance Auto Parts.
