Just put a 3-pt hitch on an M. The hitch has a double action cylinder. Can I use the double action off the bellypump? I am using the hitch for a scraper blade. Randy

Thanks for the advice. I"ll pick up a vented plug and try out the new hitch. Randy

If you want the blade to work on two-way you need to add a two-way control valve in series to the cycl. Then by locking the belley pump lever back the two-way weill now control the blade with two-way action. Just remember with down pressure you mite raise the wheels up with the down pressure and the tractor wont move. Mite just want to run the blade with lift only and let the wt of the blade cut. But if you need the down pressure you will need the tw-way control valve.

You just take one hose off the cylinder, and install a vented plug in the hole. This allows the cylinder to work as a single acting cylinder. Take the one next to the shaft end of cylinder off.
