My dad has finally taken up the task of restoring his old 10-20 that he used to use. He is still working on tearing it down but he knows he will be needing a new head gasket and manifold gasket.
Where can one of these be found? Are F20 engine gaskets the same for these?
He said 25 years ago (last time the tractor was used) they were still avaliable at the dealer, he has not checked back but is it possible they would still have them?
I checked this site and other common ones but the don't have much for the older tractors.

Be careful when interchanging parts between a 10-20 and w-30/f-30 engines. Most parts are interchangable; however items such as head gaskets are not. The f-30/w-30 had a water pump where as the 10-20 was thermo siphon. Because of this the coolant holes in the head gaskets are different. If you put in the wrong one you could cook your engine. Rice equipment is the best place to start along with getting copies of the parts manuals to check for interchangability.

Many of the F-30/W-30 parts are interchangeable with 10-20. In fact my 1934 W-30 has a 10-20 block. IHC never threw anything away!

Rice Equipment (814) 226-9200 has most parts and gaskets. Also, Gordon Rice, the owner who answers the phone, is quite knowledgeable on the 10-20 and other early IHC tractors,

Check with the Fordson House. They have those gaskets. Another place to check is Olsensgaskets.com
