First off thanks for the replies. the big problem is rust and a lot of it. when i clean the bowl it will only run 10 to 20 minutes than cut off and i haft to clean it again. it has only one small dent in it next to the cap. I did not know radatior shops did this kind of work.

jeeper: What precisely is wrong with your tank? Is it physical dings and dents or leaking around the mount that attaches it to the hydraulic unit.

My 130 started leaking around the mount about 13 years ago. I cleaned it up, used an epoxy and coated the whole bottom of the tank, close to 3/8" thick at the mount, tapering off at both ends. I sanded it up, painted the complete tank. That was to be a temporary fix until I found another tank. That was 1994, I use this tractor a lot, even give it some hard use plowing snow. I say hard use plowing snow as I believe the bumps and vibration of plowing snow to be very hard on the sheet metal in general. My temporary tank is still on there, it has never leaked since, this is my beater tractor that gets used for rough use, plus my many experiments with equipment fabrications.

if its leaking and or rusty inside, take it to a radiator shop, have em boil it out and put a liner in it.if you got big dents and such, get the dents out before you have the liner put in.

"sort of" the back bracked would have to be made to be taller. Need a tank from a Super C, 200, 130, 230 etc on that line.

Have you tried your local Case/IH dealer? You can try this web site for a gas tank. Hal
