We are trying to find a supplier for the pto drive sprocket (40 tooth) for a belly mounted 110 balanced sickle bar mower. Case/IH dealership unable to obtain. The mower will be mounted on a SMTA.

Like Steven said, those can be made from components from TSC stores. They have the sprockets and hubs to fit the shaft. All you have to do is pay for them and weld the sprocket to the hub.

A good supplier should be able to set you up with a 540 PTO splined hub and a 40 tooth weld-on sprocket.

I had my sprocket repaired when I fixed up my 1110 mower... but it would have been cheaper to buy a hub and weld on.
