No wonder the brake lever was shorter. It was broke off, had a piece of 1" pipe around it and the handle off something else attached to it. The picture shows it without the piece of pipe. Looks like it was factory at one time???

Can anyone tell me what the other lever is for that it attached to the axle?

I agree with Armand. We had one like that for our "A-Frame" mower on our F-20. Didn't work very good! It took one %^$%$ of a push to raise the mower. I was very glad when we put a hydraulic cyclinder on the mower

Might be some kind of implement lever. Is there any part number or IHC logo on it?

No numbers I can see. Looks like it tightened some type of cable when pressed forward. There's a metal eye aiming towards the front where the brake cables go but I have no idea how this would have worked. Looks like it would be foot controlled but maybe not??

Looks like it could be a foot lift to lift the sickle bar on a mounted mowing machine. I saw one of them on an unstlyed JD model B with a JD mower. Armand
