Oh Man!

Keep 'er coming! Last snow isn't off and here we go again.

Hope beyond hope that I have to have the loader tires filled with calcium and the chains put on.

So nice to see a "normal" winter here again. Groundwater, please rise. :>)

Allan

Allan I forgot to tell you if you get tired of the snow we will take it! Glad to hear you guys are getting some good moisture, I was down there when you guys had the big fire there in chadron, We spent a week there fighting the fire and it was popcorn dry. Hopefully our turn for moisture will come soon! Let it snow let it snow

yeah every snow system has missed me lately. but it's been in the negitives here. it makes it interesting hauling manure with the H! all my cab tractors aren't running real hot right now. the 4020 is still in the shop and the case 970 is still having fuel problems gotta find a heated shop to put it in to thaw out the fuel
sorry fer getting off task. hey why don't you send some snow my way! but if you got that freezing rain crap... you can keep that!

have you tried the powerservice product 911?
supposedly able to fill the filters with it mixed with diesel and add the rest to the tank and solve the problem.

nothing beats a warm indoor place though.

then there are other additives that prevent gelling and water freezing during operation or sitting outside.

The Ogallala (yes that is the name) aquifer extends from the Texas panhandle to eastern Wyoming, including the area of NE Allan lives in. Allan's area is in the best shape, Western KS is dropping, much of the Texas panhandle is very low. Very little recharge in this area.

We flew into Jacksonville, Florida yesterday. It's 80. Worried about getting sunburned. Bet it's cold in the ole farm shop back home!!

Be home next week.

Allan, you can have all the snow and ice we get in central MO.

I dunno Alan - already I've pushed/blown more snow this season than I did all winter 2 years ago. And we're not yet halfway through December!

Don't get me wrong. I like the white stuff just fine - but in moderation!!

---

Here's one of my kids clearing the parking lot at the tree farm yesterday. The forecast here (western NY)is for another foot of snow by Sunday night - perhaps even as much as 2 feet...

Allan,
you can have that white stuff out there in God's country. I should hope for snow because it brings me business, but I am getting too old to play in the snow anymore and I just don't adjust to the cold anymore.
