Gentlemen;
I have never heard of a M hand clutch. Is that an aftermarket item?

Yes, you can creep it forward. It is an over center clutch so if you're trying to use it to creep back to an implement and it snaps in you are in trouble because it will take you a precious split second to snap it back out.

It has clutch discs and is not different than slipping a JD hand clutch BUT you will wear it out quicker, just like with a foot clutch.

The instructions say to engage the clutch quickly and NOT to slip it.
