I have a C narrow front end,and was thinking to changing to a wide front. Will the wide front fit without any modification? Will i have to change the steering arm to fit the wide front?

the original factory wfe for the c/sc was made out of steel tubing and considered weak; the number of welds on mine bears this out! My understanding is a number of aftermarket wfe's were made due to this problem.

Are you really sure you want to do this? I did it to mine and it is want I wanted, it's a red garage queen, but now it sure doesn't turn anywhere near as short and the steering wheel effort is greatly increased. To get a nice original WFE I had to ship it half way across the country. These days you may put half what the tractor's worth into a WFE.

George, C or SC WFE will bolt right on with NO modifications. Just put a WFE on son's SC this summer. Hope you have better luck in finding a WFE than we had, took year and 6 mo.s to locate one in our area.

Good Luck

The steering arm will bolt on to the bolster where your narrow front bolts on now.

Everything should fit without modification if you are getting a front end from another C or Super C.
