I was thinking of taking the back wheels off the Super M, unbolting that cover on the side, and seeing how much grease in in there, maybe cleaning it out. Seems like it took alot of pumps of grease in the zirks , but I would possibly like to rid of the old grease too. Should I bother ?, or leave well enough alone? May do it this summer if I get bored, am a school teacher. Thanks, Steve

You don't pump until the grease is visible on the outside do you? No need to do that, 3 or 4 pumps as Jim says. the Operator's manual does say every 10 hours.

These usually get three strokes per week of operation. (our practice) and they let the grease go into the housing, where there is a lot of room. Ignoring it until the need to service bull gears, or seals is indicated. JimN
