I have a sales brochure that has good photos of both models of 504. I can e-mail them to you. If interested , reply by sending me a personal message .

I have a INT.504 utility, diesel engine thats a great little tractor.Has adjustable wide front end and power spin out rear wheels. Had an issue with power steering that required replacing the hand pump with used unit from Wengers for $250. No big deal. I use it with 6 foot bush hog,box scraper and with a wood chipper. Turns real sharp, low profile makes it easy to mow under trees, easy on fuel. Not a big time row crop tractor, not built for that anyway.Id be lost without it.

Okay, first thing, QUIT SHOUTING! There are some deaf old farts on this forum, but still... :D

Next thing, knowing the difference between a Farmall and an International is REQUIRED knowledge to own an IH tractor. You need to know at the very least that a Farmall is a row-crop (more clearance and adjustable tread width for cultivating), and an International is an Industrial, Utility or Wheatland version of a tractor (depending on the tractor model).
Industrial versions are designed to be used in factories, warehouses, and storage lots. Utilities are designed to be maneuverable and compact for working in tight spaces on the farm. Wheatland versions are meant for the wide open fields in the Prarie states, are geared slower, have larger wider tires, and non-adjustable tread width.

A 400 tricycle front will NOT fit this tractor. Too tall and the bolt pattern won't match up. However, I think a tricycle from a Super C, 200, 230, 240, or 340 will fit.
