When shifting our 1086 from park to high or low the gears grind unless you wait a considerable amount of time for everything to stop turning. Is there an adjustment so when the clutch pedal is completely depressed it acts as a brake to stop the gears from turning? Tom

Yes you need to do a clutch adjustment along with the transmission brake and the T/A dump valve Now off the top of my head this evening i can not remember the free travel on the clutch pedal but the rest i have covered in the archives . So if one of the other boys on here have the free travel spec.'s the rest is easy with the help of a friend . My adjustment process is the same on all Hyd T/A's just free travel changes between series. I do not have my books setting here this evening .
