Torque on head bolts use to be 65 pounds, but I think they say 80 nowdays. Not sure about manifold, but I would think 40 to 45 is plenty. Don't want to strip the threads.

Plugs: Autolite 386.
I use Harvest King All Season Engine Oil in my Farmall H. I use Champion plugs in my tractors, but I only know the Autolite number for the Farmall A.

Champ. D 21 0r 16 the 21 is hotter. I use them in all the tractors we have never had a problem. I use straight 30 in my Cubs through Super H. In the summer actually my H gets 40w in the summer but all the rest 30w i dont think it really matters what as long as its there.
