i posted a picture of my custom i-4.i painted it with international red/orange.like it is supposed to be.since its a industrial tractor.my question is on my 1950 cub does anyone know how to make it have more rpms,i would say with the throttle all the way its only a little over 1000 to 1200.now if i move the rod on the carb side it revs a lot higher.can i just adjust the carb side linkage or do i need to mess with the dreaded govener?and how do i do that?thank you

There is a bolt ontop of the governor that controls the high speed. just turn that out a few turns and see what you get.
