I was wondering if anyone knows how to get all the air out of the hydraulic lines. Air is also in the Power steering. Just fixed TA and had to drain all the oil. When i started it up the pump was making a noise like there is air in the line. Please help, Brian

The air will work itself out pf either system with just a little use. If not, you have a suction leak as suggested by K.B.

Did you remember to install the o-ring on the suction tube between the clutch housing and trans housing?

yes, I install the o- ring before I put it back together. It is making a noise in the pump like there is air some where.
