I have a Farmall H not running well need choke most of the way closed and hard starting because of this anyone suggest what channels might be blocked as to cause the need for the chock

First and always take all plugs out and then run a compression test. You want all the readings to be close. You dont care how much the reading is now just are they all close to each other. Then check the wires and maybe new plugs. Then if you still have problems then it would be fuel.

Better check the torque in the intake, and check the gasket for air leaks. Mine was about to fall off when I got it and it still ran but barely.

You probably have dirt or rust in the gas tank, gas line or a dirty carburetor. _Pull the plug from the bottom of the carburetor and hold a clean container beneath the plug to catch the gas.
Should have a good full stream similar to drinking about 10 beers before you need to go. Hal

Internal carb passages are possibly plugged. Open the load screw (main jet may be adjustable) to see if it helps. If it is not adjustable, or it does not help, clean the carb with a submerge type cleaner. JimN
