I've got a friend with an 806 that he's running on an auger. It's been rebuilt with about 100hrs and now the head gaskets seeping a bit. He thinks it needs to be re-torqued and he may be right. Anyways would somebody know what the specs for torquing the head and which order to do the head bolts?
Thanks Ross

ya done pasted the fifty hours for the retorque . Now ya may luck out and get by , but i am thinking that that ain't ah going to happen and ya will have to replace the gskt. Now does it have the old style or the new style bolts ??? and really you are going to need the BOOK .

Yeah, I know he needs the book. The dealership may have done it at 50 he didn't say. We just wanted to get it done while the weather wouldn't let him in the field. I've heard the 361's seep under load I get the suspicion that's what it is.

I have never had one seep even with the wick turned up and a hair drier added . If it is seeping then somebody did not do there job .. As either the sleeves were or set wright or the deck of the block is not true or the head is not true. Once they start leaking then they will just keep on .
