I just heard this song for the first time. Love it. 'Bout time they came up with an IH, rather than a JD, tractor song. Check out the YouTube link below...

I grew up all over. Country music and I have never gotten along.

You know, I like my H and all, but that song...

Well, I'll just say country isn't my cup of tea.

It has been around for some time. As Andy Rooney might say...my three complaints are: the semi-tractor should have been an International, after all, that is a song lyric; (side note: difference between a Freightliner and a Jehovah Witness is you can close the door on the later); not enough video of the Jeep passengers and not enough of the IH combine.

I absolutely agree on all accounts. Also, I think he refers to a TRACTOR in the song, but then they show very little (as you note) of a COMBINE...

But video aside, it's a good song, and the only one that I know of in general circles that mentions International Harvester.

He does mention being a Combine driver. At least they were smart enough to use an IH combine.

It is a good song and FINALLY one that doesn't mention JDs as if they were the only tractor ever made.

Tony, yup, I know it refers to the tractor, but I would have liked to see a binder w/trailer in tow. May I suggest a visit to the local library, check to see if they have or could get through an inter-library system, the cd. Record your song(s). and return. I can get a lot of great books on cd to listen to, so much better than the headbanging, rap, top 5 over and over, etc...I bet the turtle enjoyed the attention!
