Who manufactured this style of add-on hydraulic pump? There is a double pulley on the crankshaft to operate the belt.

Its Eaton pump like charr Lynn power steering kits used, also used by other manufactures and most look alike although some have differences. Front crankshaft pulley is stock with pump drive pulley held on by hand starter driven pin in crank. Also with kit is fan spacers and bolts with sleeves instead of stock pins to drive water pump impeller.Fan is spaced forward to clear.

I believe it's the standard pump used on the old 1950s aftermarket Behlen power steering. Many applications had a reservoir mounted on top, but I believe it's the same pump.
Go to www.forceamerica.com and download their Product Catalog, look on page 92.

Added note:
Although the Eaton pump shown in the Force America catalog looks like a direct replacement, I don't believe the internal parts are the same.
If I recall correctly, an old pump I torn down was a vane pump and it looks like the Eaton pump is a gear pump.

I think that is an automotive power steering pump.

Maybe same as 60's ford pickup.
