dave: There is no such thing as a worn out C-175 engine, It may be broken as in a casting break but never worn out. I had a Farmall 300 bought new by my dad, and I sold it to a guy that still has it. It's now on it's 2nd crank and 6th set of pistons and sleeves, probably close to 25,000 hours.

Yes your bearings, crank, valves, pistons and sleeves may be worn, but unless the block or head are cracked or broken it is all rebuildable to new tractor specs, and most professional rebuilders will give you a warrenty equal to what it had when new.

C 169 and C175 300 and 350 utility engines bolt in. H, SH,300 and 350 row crop and standard can be installed but the different utility front engine cover and bigger mounting bolts to engine block for front axle support are a slight problem that can be overcome.

Farmall H, Super H, 300, or 350 should fit, but it's not likely you will find one that is any better than what you have. Best bet is to rebuild the one you have.
