Hi Kirby, Yes it will mount on with no changes, the bracket that mounts to the tractor belly has different holes for the M and the ones with TA. I have put mine on the MD or the 450D many times. Good luck, Chuck

They are different. The bracket for the SM is shorter than one for the 400 due to the TA.

Hi George, The bracket that bolts to the belly has 5 holes, just use different ones to compensate for the length. It is so wet here we cannot move with more rain forecast. Have a good day, Chuck

My mount for my NI picker will fit either one. Was told the 234 mount would not interchange, but I don't know for sure. The only 234 I ever fooled with was on an 806.

Yep george is right, forgot about the TA changing the length between axle and belly brackets.

I'm thinking they will.

Only got the belly bracted to worry about. But I beleive the holes are in the same place on the 400.

And if the axles housings are the same size, which I beleive they are, it should bolt right on.
