I want to sell this farmall H. It has a magneto, new battery, battery box, fenders, pto shield, belt pulley, and original working lights. It was totally rewired. It runs very good and it has very good sheet metal. There are no leaks. The tires still have good tread, but they are weather checked. It needs a new starter drive, a new generator, and the front wheels need to be aligned. You can still hand start it good. I want to sell it for $2300. Is that too much? I have $2000 into it, but I want to make some profit. It is also on ebay right now. I am located in west central WI.

Sounds kinda high to me. Are you sure that it does not need a new ring gear on the flywheel instead of a new drive on the starter? That would require that the tractor be split. Not an easy undertaking or a desirable one on a $2300 tractor. It does look nice though.

Seems a little on the high side unless its been overhauled, but someone may bite, ya never know. Try the classifieds if it doesnt sell. Good luck, Andy
