Bought what was supposed to be a 1936. The block was casted in 1940 and the frame is 1935. Since the motor has been swapped but tractor is painted and restored as accuratly to a 1935 as i am able to do, how much does the value fluctuate since the motor isnt orriginal??? THANKS.

I would say that at this time F-20's are not fetching enough cash to make a replacement block a concern.

If you were talking about a high-crop or SMTA or other sought-after tracctor, then numbers matching would affect the price.

Russ I'd say not enough to cause you any grief. Real good restored F20's struggle to bring 3K so a real good one with a replacement motor may only mean a few hundred bucks less if anything
