Trying to get the correct decal set for my 1945 Farmall A. Was going to order them from OEM. Noticed they had 2 different sets, one listed as A the other as A cultivision. It is a 1945 A. Which one should I order. Thanks

Cultivision. The very early models just said A or B. You can get vinyl cut decals from several sources. No film between the letters. Not original, but easier to apply, and in my opinion they look better. The ones you want say IH McCormick Deering Farmall. IH appeared in 1945, Deering left in 1949.

Would the front name plate be International?

If your tractor has a diamond or square front axle and a foot throttle, it is an industrial model and came from the factory with International on the grille and hood. Otherwise it says Farmall in both places. If the serial tag is still on the inside of the left seat bracket, the serial prefix will be IAA for International and FAA for Farmall.
