I am hunting for some info on this tractor. It's a Farmall AI. I am told it's an industrial. The main differences are the foot throttle, screened grill, and the heavy front axle. What were they used for? Keith

A scree grill is likely a transplant from a power unit

The nameplate on the grille would have said "INTERNATIONAL" but the grille itself was the same.

I could be mistaken, but the grille has likely been modified, should be identical to the Farmall version. The industrial versions had International decals, not Farmall. No other differences that I am aware of.

The military used them. some were painted Olive Drab Green. A lot of state and county highway departments used them for mowing. Hal
