230 no oil dip stick

I'm sure there is a way to check and add oil on a 230 engine. All I can see is a drain cock looking knob and a grease fitting right below it on the left side of the oil pan. Someone help an idiot out here.

Common finding on Farmalls. The top little Cock is the high oil mark. open it and fill until a bit of oil comes out. The lower one is a broken off (or boogered up copy of the top one. (the engine block may be from a earlier tractor) The bottom Cock was to check if it was more than a quart low, (running with the level between the cocks is correct) replacement cocks can be found, Here maybe, at IH for sure, and from many others OEM maybe.
