All my Farmall tractors have an F prefix on the serial number I have an F-C an F-460 and an F-1066. I think the F just designates them as Farmalls "Row Crop Models" rather than Mcormick Internationals "Wheatland Standard Treads" Anyone correct me if I am wrong or confirm this?

By the way my Super C was no way made in France My Grandpa bought it brand new from the local dealer in the 50's and it is an F-C acording to the SN.

Super C's will have a six-digit serial number.

With a serial number from the tag, or a engine serial number from the area above the distributor, we can tell. It is a C or a Super C not an FC that might be on the tag, but there are prefexes and suffexes tho be delt with. Manuals are here (above) and info galore, check serial numbers to the left. If it is Super FC it is made in France. Similar to the Super C but still has drum brakes and the lights are mounted level with the bottom of the tank at the back of the engine.
