Hi all, Im wondering if the belley pump on an M would power the Charlynn power steering unit (torque generator). Thank you

That would not work very well. The best way is to mount a power steering pump from a 70's-80's model GM car or truck, to run your power steering.

To answer your actual question - yes, the belly pump would supply plenty of flow and pressure to run a power steering torque generator.

You will not have much flow left to raise and lower implements, though.

I would just mount a seperate pump so you dont have to run more lines, flow divider ect you can hide the pump under the hood and dont disturb the looks of the tractor.

Probably not very well and you would only have power to it when the clutch was out. You would probably be better off to get a live pump or get a power steering pump off of a pickup and run it with a belt from the engine.
